Shipping & Orders

Each shirt is hand-printed with care and shipped within 10-12 business days.  On occasion, we may not have your item available for printing.  In this case please allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Please reference the charts below for further information on shipping costs and transit times.

Standard Shipping  Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $11.95 via USPS. Orders over $100 ship for FREE via USPS. Estimated delivery within 12 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for online purchases. 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached. All sale items are final sale.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Please email us at prior to sending your items back to request authorization of your exchange and to confirm that your desired item and size for exchange are in stock. We often produce in small, limited runs, but we’ll be happy to place an item for exchange on hold for you while we await your original merchandise. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send the original merchandise to the below address. Please include a note specifying the item/size for which you’d like to exchange. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable. All sale items are final sale.

Locally Grown Clothing Co. will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48 hours.
